Sometimes I feel as though today is the day we go out to vote for president of our country. We hear about candidates all the time. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the radio, television or just the neighbor across the street, we are in for a discussion or arguments on the terrible things wrong with everyone except the person they want to vote for. I don’t remember a year when there has been so much discussion about something that will happen almost a year from today.
It is really important for someone to take the place of Obama though. I have changed my mind twice so far. I imagine I will change my mind more times before I go in to vote. My favorites have not been invited to their own debate. I don’t know if that means they will not be president. It doesn’t seem very likely.
Our country is in a real mess, that’s for sure. And if we choose the wrong man or woman it could be the end of America as we know it. I believe that the administration is not taking terrorism seriously. We hear that there are terrorists located in every state in our nation, Why are they there? Certainly they aren’t there to grow corn!.If that is true, we can expect trouble in every state.
Of course that isn’t the only reason we vote in a good person. We need a good cleaning in every part of our country and we must be a part in it, not only in voting but in cleaning up ourselves. We must teach our children what is right and what is wrong. If we are Christians we must teach that to our children too. We can’t continue living both in Christianity and the world. That is really the first thing wrong ,but if our kids agree with the terrorists when they are asked or if you yourselves agree and say you are not a Christian you are playing havoc with your futures.
It is a serious time for everyone in the world now. it is an important time to pray more than you ever have. Let’s do our part, shall we?
